Compensation (Hourly): $19.00 + / hour Job Description Summary: This Warranty Booker is responsible for processing warranty claims, ensuring proper documentation, and reconciling payments with accuracy. The ideal candidate has dealership experience, with prior warranty processing knowledge preferred. Duties & Responsibilities: Process warranty claims efficiently for all franchises or distributors. Ensure all warranty paperwork is complete and accurate. Verify claims meet factory or distributor criteria. Reconcile warranty receivables with payments according to accounting schedules. Post credits and update records in dealership software. Follow up on rejected claims and resubmit or process write-offs as authorized. Track and manage warranty parts, including tagging and proper disposal or return. Stay up to date on factory recalls, service bulletins, and warranty policies. Assist service, body shop, cashier, or administrative teams as needed. Maintain a professional appearance and organized work area. Qualifications Must have prior warranty processing experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic accounting or reconciliation experience. Proficiency with computers and dealership management software. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with multiple automotive brands and factory warranty procedures. Experience assisting multiple departments in a dealership setting.
