Currently, we have distribution centers in OR, CA, DE, NH, TN, PA, and FL. The Beaverton, Oregon location is hiring 1 Warranty Claim Specialist to help with the Return Management department. Responsibilities: * Contact manufacturers and submit claims/RMAs for defective machines. * Communicate issues clearly and provide/confirm all necessary information to manufacturers. * Follow up on claim status and resolutions. * Maintain accurate records of claims and related documentation. * Any other tasks/projects assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Chinese speaker required. * Knowledge of electronic products, especially PCs. * Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). * Detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively. Responsibilities

The specialist is responsible for submitting and following up on warranty claims and RMAs with manufacturers for defective machines. They must maintain accurate documentation and communicate technical issues clearly to ensure resolution.
