WARRANTY CLAIMS ASSESSOR

Are you eager to help motorists nationwide get back on the road in a timely and helpful manner? We’re looking for hard-working, reliable, and self-motivated individuals with excellent spoken communication to join our growing repairs team based in our Reading offices.

• Assess warranty repairs using our software and process in line with policy terms
• Manage repairs in network workshops (over 10,000 in the UK)
• Discuss repairs with workshops and customers via telephone, email and our systems
• Ensure correct diagnosis costs and causes for failures of mechanical and electrical components
• Check parts and labour costs are accurate and source reconditioned/ refurbished parts where appropriate
• Automotive/ mechanical experience is necessary, eg service / parts advisor, engineer, technician or service technician
• Competent customer service skills required
• Processing customer contributions towards repairs
• Any other duties your manager reasonably asks you to perform
