Description We will provide all training! Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Clerk to join our team at our Toyota dealership. The Warranty Clerk will be responsible for managing warranty claims, processing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies. This role is essential in maintaining efficient service operations and providing excellent support to both the service department and customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with automotive warranty procedures. Responsibilities Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner according to Toyota guidelines. Review repair orders and ensure all necessary documentation is complete before submission. Communicate with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers regarding warranty approvals or discrepancies. Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, approvals, denials, and reimbursements. Monitor warranty expiration dates and ensure claims are submitted within valid timeframes. Assist in resolving any warranty-related issues or discrepancies that arise during the claim process. Stay updated on Toyota warranty policies, procedures, and any changes in manufacturer requirements. Support the service department by providing administrative assistance related to warranty documentation. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant automotive certification or coursework is a plus.
