We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Warranty & Possession Coordinator to join our team. This role is key in ensuring smooth homeowner possessions and efficient coordination of warranty service requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in residential construction, customer service, or warranty coordination is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable leading homeowner walkthroughs and explaining home features.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests and coordinate trades effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with construction or warranty software is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (site visits required).
