Job Description We’re looking for an experienced engineering professional to represent Kanadevia Inova on site during the warranty phase of energy-from-waste facilities projects. The role focuses on managing defects, coordinating repairs, and ensuring reliable plant performance in line with company and client expectations. *This permanent staff position is offered on a fixed term contract from January 2026 until June 2027. **Please note that Kanadevia Inova cannot offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. Key Responsibilities Act as the on-site representative for Kanadevia Inova, managing warranty and defect resolution activities. Coordinate contractors, specialists, and client personnel to restore or maintain plant operation. Analyse root causes of defects, implement corrective actions, and minimise warranty costs and risks. Support claims and cost recovery from subcontractors and partners. Maintain accurate operational records and provide clear, timely reporting to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements and contribute to lessons learned. Qualifications Proven track record in plant operation, construction, or commissioning. Strong technical problem-solving and organisational skills. Confident communicator with proven ability to engage clients and partners effectively. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Self-motivated, ethical, and proactive team player.
