We require a dedicated professional who is fully committed to completing the entire contract duration. Claim Processing: Review, validate, and submit automotive warranty claims accurately. Data Management: Maintain comprehensive warranty records and documentation. Compliance Control: Ensure all claims align with manufacturer policies and guidelines. Dispute Resolution: Reconcile rejected claims and handle manufacturer queries efficiently. Report Generation: Utilize Excel to track claim statuses and compile financial reports. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with workshop technicians and service advisors. Required Qualifications Education: University graduate degree in any discipline. Experience: Prior experience in automotive aftersales service operations. Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive technical terms and warranty processes. Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically high comfort with MS Excel. Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English. Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
