The Warranty Executive ensures accurate and timely processing of warranty claims while maintaining compliance with manufacturer policies. Responsibilities include minimizing claim rejection rates, processing recalls and goodwill claims, coordinating with internal departments and manufacturers, and supporting business development. The role also involves staff training, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with audit standards. By optimizing warranty processes, the Warranty Executive enhances customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business success. Job responsibilities: (These are the fundamental job duties regularly performed by the employee in the position.) Financial · Process warranty claims processing through a digital interface between dealer management system and manufacturer’s warranty portal. · Ensure claims accuracy so that the claims are approved from manufacturers on time · Ensure claims rejection ratio to the least (below 1%). Strategic Implementation · Evaluation of digital warranty documents to be in line with manufacturer’s warranty policy and procedures. · Ensure on time digital warranty repair approval to the branches. · input the requirements to the management for the implementation of the digital warranty system enhancement. · Monitor and ensure all agreed KPIs. Business Development · Process recalls campaign repair claims on time. Customer Journey · Process goodwill Claims from the branches to the manufacturers for maximum support. This is to assist in enhancing Customer experience and retention. Stakeholder Management · Co-ordination with support departments (IT, Parts & CRM) in resolving the related concerns on warranty queries. · To establish & enhance communication with Principals to resolve warranty related concerns. · Involve and support with required assistance to third party appointed by manufacturers during Warranty Audits or reviews. Learning & Growth · Ensure completion of assigned trainings on time. · Ensure regular Review with branch staff and assist them with necessary updates on warranty policies and procedures. · Review the need of training and report to the management with required trainings. · Enhance communication with the manufacturers on the required support. Policies, Procedures and Corporate Governance · Compliance to Nissan and AAC Warranty Audit standards. · Compliance to product campaign completion ratio. · Maintain storage of warranty claim parts with inventory control in line with AAC and Principal guidelines. · Support in internal audits at regular intervals across branches. Work Experience (Consider work experience requirement to do the job; x of years, .) · Minimum 7 years with 3 years similar position. Competencies (Consider certain technical skills to do the job, Analytical Skills, Persuasives , Strategic Thinking etc.) · Strong knowledge of Automobiles and its functionalities. · Thorough knowledge of all service functions. · Analytical skills Languages · Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
