Description

Deliver IMG Supplier Recovery GWC Targets Identify Commodities for Supplier Recovery GWC opportunities and coordinate project commencement. Undertake Supplier Recovery projects; as per Supplier GT&C Section 22 Warranty; Section 23 Recalls and FSAs Supplier Guide Section 2: Warranty Chargeback Manage Part Return process to obtain GWC Sample Size Co-ordinate Supplier teardown and failure mode identification and documentation within WPA Co-ordinate PD failure mode assessment Manage Supplier Liability approval documents Manage the Supplier Recovery ongoing debiting/reporting processes. Implement Low Incidence Claims 50% Debit Process where applicable: Generate and negotiate Debit Packages. Ensure end to end project management in a timely manner Co-ordinate effective project management with Ford STA / PD / Purchasing Use appropriate Ford forums / meetings to track-report project management and escalation, where required
