Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Establish and oversee the warranty process for the DCE Program, ensuring alignment with program goals and contractual commitments.
  • Collaborate closely with production, RVCA, Quality and other key functions to develop a shared understanding of major work packages, while embedding consistent warranty practices.
  • Coordinate investigations into potential warranty issues, gathering evidence to support resolution planning, including identification of root causes, cost considerations, and remedial actions.
  • Participate in enablement meetings to plan warranty rectification activities, identifying opportunities to minimise impact on schedule.
  • Prepare and present reporting materials for the DCE Senior Leadership Team and the Commonwealth of Australia (CoA), sharing clear insights into warranty performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support ongoing improvement efforts by reviewing warranty data and helping identify areas for enhanced practices across future DCE contracts.
