WARRANTY MANAGER | MERCEDES-BENZ SYDNEY

Working within and supporting the Service Department, the Warranty Manager will be responsible for maintaining the warranty function of the dealership.

• Process warranty claims as per manufacturer guidelines and timelines
• Effectively explain information in relation to services carried out
• Preparation of weekly and monthly analysis reports advising potential issues
• Conduct warranty compliance audits as well as ad hoc reports
• Monitor expenditure in relation to warranty and goodwill claims
• Ensuring a high level of warranty operations and compliance
• Liaising with Mercedes-Benz Australia regarding payment, claims and recoveries
