This role will ensure timely and accurate processing of warranty claims in line with BYD/MAPVI standards, supporting service quality and dealership compliance. What will YOU do? Review service job orders and validate if repairs qualify under warranty coverage Prepare, submit, and monitor warranty claims to BYD/MAPVI within prescribed timelines Monitor claim approvals, rejections, and reimbursement status, and escalate issues as needed Maintain complete records of all warranty claims, documentation, and audit requirements Ensure compliance with warranty policies and support periodic internal/external audits Coordinate with service and parts teams to verify repair details and parts usage Assist in identifying repeat issues or trends to support service improvement initiatives Help resolve customer concerns related to warranty coverage or claim status Provide regular updates to the Aftersales Manager on warranty performance and issues Participate in warranty-related training and policy updates to stay aligned with brand standards Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time What will YOU need? At least 1-2 years of experience in warranty administration, service advisory, or related aftersales roles in the automotive industry Experience in EV or dealership setting is an advantage Must have basic knowledge of vehicle systems, repair processes, and parts usage Must have strong attention to detail, documentation, and time management skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and dealership management systems (DMS) Must have good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams Willing to be assigned in Bauang La Union
