Your responsibilities include: * Working with internal and external customers to find the correct parts in a timely and efficient manner * Maintaining stocking levels and researching parts pricing and labor estimates * Identifying new parts and part categories that need to be added to increase customer satisfaction levels * Working with clients and vendors to manage and follow up on warranty claims * Interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience with the parts department and store and following up with customers and technicians to ensure timely repair * Assisting in cycle counting of the physical inventory and ordering, receiving, pricing, and stocking parts in the service area * Creating service orders and distributing work orders to Service Technicians * Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting suspicious activity * Completing related tasks as assigned Qualifications: * Proven Customer service skills * Computer skills and the ability to learn new software * Knowledge of tools and equipment * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the majority of your shift * Ability to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout your shift We’d Love if You Have: * Mechanical aptitude * Previous service writing experience Acme Tools is an equal opportunity employer.
