Ensure positive and fair dealer relations by managing the approval process for dealership chargebacks of Powertrain warranty part returns Manage the process of approving Dealer Chargeback Requests from Engine & Transmission plant part reviews Assist Field/Ford Teams on Warranty Part Return questions and appeals Provide management with regular metrics Work with WPAC Helpline Team and Warranty Assistance Team (WAT) on any warranty part return issues Support Warranty Assessing team in reviewing and processing Engineering/Plant Vehicle Teams (PVT) Warranty Chargeback requests Support claims assessing team by manually assessing warranty claims within warranty & policy guidelines Process/handle special requests from Warranty management, as needed Established and active employee resource groups Ability to understand and apply Ford's Warranty & Policy manual as part of determining appropriate dealer warranty reimbursement Ability to work in a 'production' environment with minimal supervision Ability to act in a fair, consistent, and professional manner Ability to work effectively as part of a team
