The Warranty Recovery Specialist has a dynamic role that connects strong supplier negotiation skills with an interest in technical knowledge. As a Warranty Recovery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring cost recovery from our supplier partners, building a valuable network throughout Stellantis, and helping improve the product for our customers. We are looking for an individual with experience in negotiation, supplier management, cross-functional management of challenging situations, and a broad understanding of the automotive industry.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy, hands-on leader with strong convictions and a self-confident presence. Your personal style and demeanor will help you effectively find alignment on supplier cost recovery related to warranty topics.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or closely related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or a related field
Strong understanding of global commodity strategy development and supplier relationship management
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think and act strategically
Well organized, self-motivated, and resourceful managing complex situations
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can effectively interface with cross functional teams and all levels of senior management
Strong communication and commodity leadership skills
Excellent analytical and presentation skills
Ability to understand basic technical topics
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills to establish partnerships both internally and externally to influence without direct authority
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree
Automotive purchasing and/or quality experience
Data analysis experience
Finance/accounting experience
