Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty Specialist 1 to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims, assisting customers with warranty-related inquiries, and ensuring smooth warranty operations for our organization. Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address warranty-related questions and concerns Analyze warranty claims to determine validity and appropriate resolution Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex warranty issues Maintain accurate records of all warranty transactions and customer interactions Generate reports on warranty claim trends and patterns Assist in identifying areas for improvement in the warranty process Stay up-to-date with warranty policies, product information, and industry standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in customer service or warranty processing Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn warranty management systems quickly Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures Understanding of automotive or consumer electronics industries preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
