JOB DESCRIPTION – RGA (WARRANTY) CLERK
Autel US Inc. is a rapidly growing manufacturer/distributor of automotive diagnostic equipment, including code readers, scanners, parts, and software. We are currently seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented clerk for our RGA/Warranty Department. RGA stands for Return Goods Authorization. We utilize this term within our company and with our customers.
This is an entry-level position.
QUALIFICATION:
· Must be detail-oriented and computer proficient.
· Familiarity with Google Suite (Sheets) and Microsoft Suite.
· Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
· This position requires minimal movement from Department to Department.
· Customer service experience is a plus.
· SAP experience is a plus.
· Must be willing to learn all roles of the department.
· Must be punctual and prepared to work.
· Must be able to multitask.
Education:
· Interact with customers via phone and e-mail as needed.
· Enter RGA tools into the inventory system (SAP) upon arrival and log on the delivery chart.
· Organize and prepare shipping paperwork for return to customer/dealer.
· Assist RGA engineers with the organization of the RGA room.
· Assist Team Lead when needed.
· Assist with and process customer payments.

· Working hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday to Friday
