Job Summary:
The Wash Bay Attendant performs minor detailing services on client vehicles, assists with service check-in, valets vehicles including washing cars and provides general lot supervision to support the Service Department.
Responsibilities:
- Washing and vacuuming customers vehicles
- Keep the dealership lot organized and clean
- Park vehicles in designated areas
- Assist customers with locating parked vehicles
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as fueling and cleaning
- Support the sales and service departments with moving vehicles as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests visiting the dealership
Experience:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of dealership operations is beneficial
- Valid Driverse License required as well as clean Drivers Abstract
Skills:
- Strong guest services skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is a bonus
- Strong focus on customer service
