Responsibilities
  • Daily operation of Aquacycler wash equipment:
  • Set wash cycle for boards to be cleaned
  • Set and monitor air gun pressure as required
  • Complete PCBA De-Fluxing Record on customer name and number of boards washed
  • Hand place boards on machine conveyer as required
  • Place small boards flux-side down into covered wash containers
  • Place all other boards directly on conveyor with flux-side down
  • Attach traveler card to empty tray, and move tray to end of wash machine
  • Use air gun to remove water from washed boards, and place on empty tray
  • Check for any loose components, and advise supervisor
  • Inspect small boards washed in covered wash containers, and hand wash as required
  • Record date washed on traveler card, and move loaded tray and traveler card to racks for next step in process
  • Keep work area tidy
  • Perform scheduled maintenance to optimize process performance
  • Drain water from wash tank and clean inside
  • Troubleshoot equipment in an effective and efficient manner as per work instructions to reduce equipment down time
  • Other tasks pertaining to wash operation, as assigned
