THE JOB:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable team lead to help oversee the daily operations of our Waste & Recycling Centre. This role supports the site supervisor/manager in ensuring the facility runs smoothly, safely, and in line with regulations. The ideal candidate has some experience in waste, recycling, or industrial operations and is looking to grow into a larger leadership role over time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years of experience in waste management, industrial, or related operations
• Previous lead-hand or team support experience is an asset
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of health & safety practices
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and completing reports
• Valid driver’s license; equipment operation experience is an asset
