Refresco, the world’s largest independent bottler, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst (Waste Analyst) to lead the charge in reducing waste and improving material efficiency at our Bridgwater facility. This is your opportunity to make a real difference by using data to support smarter decision-making and drive tangible improvements across our site operations.
In this vital role, you will take ownership of the site’s waste data framework, delivering accurate, meaningful insights to support key stakeholders and continuous improvement (CI) projects. You’ll collaborate closely with CI Managers, Engineers, and Operational teams, becoming a trusted partner in our waste reduction journey.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE OF CI TECHNICIAN:

As a Waste CI Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, actionable data to support the site’s waste reduction strategy and A3 project framework. You’ll be responsible for producing weekly and monthly reports for cross-functional teams and leadership forums, including PLT meetings and network waste reviews. Your insights will support investigations into material waste, helping to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement. In addition, you will provide training to operational teams on interpreting waste data, implementing reduction strategies, and adopting best practices. As a passionate advocate for sustainability, you will help embed a culture of continuous improvement across the site.

DAYS TO DAY DUTIES OF A CI ANALYST INCLUDE:

  • Deliver critical data supporting the site’s waste reduction strategy and A3 project framework.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for cross-functional teams and leadership forums, including PLT meetings and network waste reviews.
  • Support material waste investigations by providing clear, actionable data insights.
  • Provide training to operational teams on waste data, reduction strategies, and best practices.
  • Act as a passionate waste reduction ambassador, helping to embed continuous improvement across the site.
