Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work within Economy & Environment and in particular the Recycling and Waste Services Team?
We are looking for an Education and Enforcement Team Leader to join our Recycling and Waste Services Team. You will be a key member of the team to lead on delivering the new enforcement policy. Along with helping deliver on various aspects of procedures in which the department carry out, and new projects that are incorporated as part of new improved services.
You will be required to recruit, train and develop a team of Recycling Enforcement Officers to help increase the recycling rate with particular focus on food recycling.
The successful candidate will be required to drive continuous improvements to meet national statutory targets set by the Welsh Government. To continually improve the internal systems and operations of the Team to improve efficiencies.
