Waste Management Team Leader - NIGHT SHIFT

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations within the yard and waste management area, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
• Lead and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure all team members achieve their potential and step in for shift supervisors in their absence.
• Operate and oversee the use of Forklifts and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to ensure effective handling of materials.
• Coordinate waste management processes, ensuring all waste is disposed of in compliance with company policies and environmental regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to yard and waste management activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Follow strict H&S Guidelines.
