Job Overview We’re seeking a passionate and knowledgeable watch enthusiast to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with watches, pocket watches, and horology, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. You’ll help inventory, assess, and market timepieces, manage sales channels, and support our watch department’s expansion. If you’re already a broker with an existing client base, we welcome you to bring your book of business and grow with us. This role offers significant residual income potential and clear opportunities for long-term career growth. We are open to part time (up to 10 - 28 hours/week) or full-time employment based on candidates experience and needs. Requirements Responsibilities and Duties Procure, research, and sort timepieces for sale to retail clients and wholesale partners. Appraise rare watch collections with a combined annual value exceeding $10M+. Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth collectors and investors. Retain and expand existing business accounts. Price, track, and organize inventory using horological and technical expertise. List and promote watches, pocket watches, and related artifacts on platforms such as eBay, Etsy, and social media. Provide expert guidance to retail customers and collectors seeking authentication or valuation. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience with watches or horological items (or equivalent expertise). Horology certifications (preferred but not required). Proficiency with computers and online sales platforms. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong visual acuity to identify technical nuances and hallmarks. Proven time management and ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required).
