The Role:
As a Sales Associate / Watch Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, offering expert advice, hands-on repair services, and tailored sales assistance. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, gain further technical training, and develop your skills in both sales and craftsmanship.

Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, knowledgeable, and solution-focused approach.
Provide watch and jewellery repair services, including battery replacements, strap adjustments, minor repairs, and engraving (training provided).
Accurately assess and discuss repair needs with customers.
Maintain store presentation, manage stock, and support daily operational tasks.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive product recommendations and service offerings.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth, efficient store performance.
