REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Camp Boss / Watchman in UAE or GCC.
• Knowledge of accommodation management and basic maintenance.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company rules.
• Should be trustworthy, responsible, and proactive.
• Preferred: Candidates currently available in UAE with transferable visa.

• Supervise and manage labor/staff accommodation (camp).
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the camp premises.
• Ensure proper distribution and maintenance of rooms, facilities, and furniture.
• Monitor daily needs of workers (water, electricity, gas, cleaning, etc.) and report maintenance requirements.
• Keep updated records of camp occupancy, movements, and staff information.
• Ensure discipline among camp residents and address conflicts/issues when required.
• Coordinate with HR/Admin for new arrivals, allocations, and movements.
• Monitor visitors and control access to the camp for safety and security.
• Act as a watchman/security for the camp premises during day/night shifts.
• Handle emergencies and report immediately to management.
