Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of treatment plants and pump stations
  • Ensure compliance with environmental licences and water quality standards
  • Conduct water/wastewater testing and maintain detailed records
  • Monitor SCADA systems and optimise chemical dosing
  • Maintain assets in clean, operational condition
  • Manage a team of operators and liaise with internal/external stakeholders
  • Assist in planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement
  • Participate in after-hours on-call roster
