We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Restoration Technician to join our growing team. Job Summary As a Restoration Technician at Absolute Clean and Restoration, you will respond to residential and commercial properties impacted by water, mold, fire, and smoke damage. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail, physical effort, and professionalism when working directly with homeowners and property managers. Responsibilities Perform water mitigation services including water extraction, structural drying, and moisture monitoring Conduct mold remediation following IICRC standards and safety protocols Assist with fire and smoke damage cleanup, debris removal, and odor control Set up, monitor, and remove restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers) Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials when required Take job photos and accurately document work performed Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management Maintain clean and organized job sites, vehicles, and equipment Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and PPE requirements Participate in on-call emergency response rotation as scheduled Schedule & Work Environment Emergency services may require nights, weekends, and holidays On-call rotation required PPE provided and required for certain jobs Work performed in residential and commercial properties Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid training and certification opportunities Opportunity for advancement within the company Company vehicles and equipment provided during work hours Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous restoration, construction, or labor experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate) IICRC certifications (WRT, AMRT, FSRT) a plus or willingness to obtain Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined areas Comfortable working in wet, dusty, or demolition environments Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude Basic smartphone or tablet skills for job documentation Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid training and certification opportunities Opportunity for advancement within the company Company vehicles and equipment provided during work hours 401 K 3% match after 90 days Supplementary Health Insurance
