Job Description AECOM’s Water Infrastructure group is seeking a proactive and collaborative Sector Manager, based in our Melbourne office. In this key leadership role, you’ll help drive market growth, strengthen client relationships, and support the continued development of our talented team. How you’ll make a difference Lead the execution and growth of the Water Infrastructure strategy in Victoria, driving client engagement, and successful project delivery across the region. Ensure technical and delivery excellence, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, governance, and client satisfaction. Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing team culture by mentoring staff, providing technical direction, and nurturing growth. Leverage regional and global expertise to drive innovation, implement best practices, and enhance delivery outcomes. Extensive knowledge and experience in the Australian Water Infrastructure market and familiarity in working with local government frameworks. Proven experience and a passion for mentoring, leadership & collaboration. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability build relationships and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders at varying levels. Commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to make informed decisions that balance profitability, efficiency, and market insight.
