As our water division continues to expand, we are recruiting skilled Water Mains Rehabilitation Gangs to support upcoming programmes of work. We’re looking for reliable, experienced teams who can deliver high‑quality mains renewal, rehab, and repair projects safely and efficiently. You’ll work on the installation, renewal, and rehabilitation of clean water mains, including open‑cut replacements, sliplining, pipe bursting, and associated civil works. Key Responsibilities Carry out water mains rehabilitation and replacement activities to required standards. Operate plant and equipment safely and effectively (where relevant). Complete excavations, reinstatement, valve installs, and service connections. Ensure all work complies with NRSWA, HAUC requirements, and OCU Group safety procedures. Maintain a clean and safe site environment. Work collaboratively within your gang and with site management. What We’re Looking For We want gangs with proven experience in: Water mains rehabilitation, repair, and renewals Working in highways under NRSWA legislation Safe excavation practices and utility avoidance Delivering high‑quality reinstatement Trenchless or traditional open‑cut methods (desirable) Required/Beneficial Tickets: CSCS / EUSR NRSWA Operatives (Units 1–6) Water Hygiene (Blue Card) CPCS/NPORS for plant operators (if applicable) Driven by values, powered by inclusion.
