Following our major ten year contract win with Hunter Water Corporation, Veolia is seeking a dedicated Water Treatment Operator to join our Hunter Water team. Within this role you’ll keep the water flowing safely to over 500,000 people across the Hunter region.

Responsibilities

Operate drinking water treatment plants safely and efficiently
Monitor water quality parameters
Collect water samples and conduct laboratory analysis
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
Ensure compliance with Drinking Water Guidelines
Maintain accurate operational and maintenance records
Respond to water quality incidents following established protocol
Identify and respond to treatment process control issues (training provided)
