What you'll bring to the team Water Park Attendant Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7 (immediate start) We are looking for Water Park Attendants to join our AWESOME Rides & Attractions team at the UK’s favorite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. Our Water Park Attendants work across our fantastic Drench Towers attraction - the largest water play structure in the UK and our splash pad – Splash Safari. Please note – due to the nature of the Water Park Attendant position a full DBS check will be undertaken so the relevant documentation must be provided at interview (proof of ID & proof of address). We will only be considering applications from those candidates who agree to a DBS check and are over the age of 18. You will support the safe and efficient running of the Waterparks, ensuring the highest standards of guest and staff safety are maintained throughout operation. Full water safety training will be provided, though previous awareness of water safety would be an advantage. You will contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to deliver a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will actively participate in training sessions and briefings, maintain awareness of operational procedures, and support new team members where required. You will demonstrate flexibility by assisting with the Water Park operation as needed to ensure smooth daily running. Health & Safety: You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety across your assigned attraction area, ensuring all operational procedures are always followed. You will monitor guest behavior, enforce attraction rules confidently and professionally, and respond quickly to any hazards or incidents. You will complete routine safety checks, support emergency procedures where required, and maintain a safe environment for both guests and colleagues in line with resort policies and training.
