Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Water Project Manager to their Naperville Team! Responsibilities: Lead single/multi-disciplined projects including planning, development, and coordination Assist with proposal preparation including project plan/approach, staff assignments, fee development and risk assessment Review draft agreements and approve scope and fee Assign staff to appropriate projects Monitor all aspects of project performance including schedule, budget and billings Develop QA/QC standards and ensure standards are met through a quality control review Mentor/train junior staff Attend client and agency meetings on behalf of firm Build/maintain client relationships Requirements: B.S. in Civil Engineering 8+ years of project management and potable water design experience PE License Member of a professional and/or technical societies Salary is commensurate with experience.
