Position Overview: We’re hiring a full-time Water Treatment Field Service Engineer to serve the areas of Michigan centered around Metropolitan Detroit. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining water quality, ensuring efficient systems, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

• Providing regular service to existing customers including testing and analyzing water samples, reviewing systems, evaluating and adjusting equipment. Deliver detailed and accurate service reports.
• Independently plan and organize your customers service calls on an efficient and optimal schedule
• Solving varied and unique customer problems through analyzing, interpreting, and making deductions from varying facts and circumstances.
• Maintaining customer relationships through strong account management and acting as an adviser and consultant to customers.
• Obtaining orders or contracts for services from customers.
• Working independently and exercising discretion and independent judgment.
• Continued learning and education of water treatment systems, methods, chemistry, etc.
• Communicating with customers, other Service and Water Quality Engineers, and Service Manager
