We are constantly learning, embracing the challenges of today and excited by the opportunities that tomorrow will bring.     The role   As a Water Recycling Plant (WRP) Technical Support Engineer, you’ll play a significant role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of South East Water’s Water Recycling Plants. This hands-on position supports the delivery of minor capital improvement projects and contributes to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of WRP facilities, including buildings and grounds.   In this site- and office-based role, you’ll work closely with the WRP operations team to resolve site issues, coordinate minor works, and provide technical and administrative support. From contractor engagement and procurement to project oversight and continuous improvement initiatives, your work will directly impact the performance and sustainability of our treatment and recovery services.  Who are you?   The ideal candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in Engineering, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or facilities operations. You will bring strong project coordination skills, technical judgment, and a practical understanding of contractor engagement and procurement processes.   Additionally, you will have exceptional organisation skills, with a proactive outlook and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. The classification structure for this role has been designed to recognise multiple levels of experience in the engineering field, and incumbents will commence in a classification according to their level of experience, determined prior to appointment.
