A growing and innovative engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Water Resources Project Manager for their Indianapolis team! Responsibilities: Serve as technical resource for projects/proposals Prepare a design with the appropriate level of detail to minimize company risk Coordinate project team (internal and external) Build/maintain client relationships Assist with business development Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering Master’s degree in civil engineering preferred 8+ years of experience working with municipal clients PE License Experience in planning, consulting, design, and construction services (including water and wastewater planning/design) Proficient in stormwater design preferred Project and staff development experience Business development experience (writing proposals, scopes of work, budgets) Salary is commensurate with experience.
