Job Description AECOM’s Water Resources business is seeking an engaging and collaborative Sector Manager for our New South Wales team. Our Water Resources team delivers integrated, multidisciplinary services from flood risk and hydraulic modelling to drainage design, water quality and nature based solutions, across a range of projects including infrastructure, energy, defence, water utilities and airports. Qualifications The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role. The qualities that help you thrive A relevant tertiary degree, CPEng, and ideally 20+ years of experience in water resources, including drainage, flooding, nature based solutions, water balance and yield assessments, and integrated water management. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to champion innovative ideas, encourage initiative, and apply creative solutions. A passion for leadership, mentoring, collaboration, and building strong relationships across diverse stakeholders. Commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to make informed decisions that balance profitability, efficiency, and market insight.
