REQUIREMENTS OF THE WATER RESOURCES – SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER:

• · A minimum of 10+ years of related professional experience
• · Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or similar degree
• · Professional Engineer license (VA) with ability to obtain in other states as required
• · Previous experience with managing teams of multiple engineers
• · Self-motivated individual that can handle multiple projects & responsibilities while helping the firm’s water resources practice grow and develop
• · Ability to adapt to varying regulatory standards among many jurisdictions.

• · Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
• · Strong quality control skills and attention to detail
• · Expert mathematical/analytical skills
• · Proficiency with H & H modeling software such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HEC-1, HY-8, Flowmaster

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
