Requirements What You’ll Do Assist with the planning, design, and development of drinking water projects Support project teams in preparing plans, specifications, and reports Work on water distribution systems, rural water systems, and water treatment facilities Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other team members Participate in field work and data collection as needed Support project documentation and communication with internal teams What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required) Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification or the ability to obtain Interest in or exposure to drinking water systems, including distribution systems, rural water systems, and water treatment facilities Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and grow within the role Valid U.S. work authorization Valid driver’s license Our Culture and Values At Banner Associates, our culture is grounded in shared values that guide how we work, lead, and grow together.
