Te kowhiringa | The Opportunity Downer NZ's Auckland Water team has an opening for a Water Serviceperson to join their team supporting the wider Auckland region. The purpose of this position is to assist and support the crew in delivering routine and reactive maintenance on Auckland's water, wastewater, and stormwater networks, including pump stations and much more! Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills You will have a great attitude, be reliable and hardworking and will bring with you: * A full driver's licence and a class 2 HT licence would be beneficial. * Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably involved in water, wastewater or stormwater * Or experience in a similar industry such as plumbing, civil, farming, landscaping * Traffic management skills, TC and or STMS trained, would be an advantage * Strong focus on Health and Safety * Current Confined space entry would be an advantabe Working with Downer New Zealand can provide you with an opportunity to develop and improve your skills and experience.
