We are seeking an experienced finance professional to provide support and guidance to the Three Waters team, delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely accounting services. This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all transactional processing and financial reporting. Working closely with the Water team, you will support effective financial management through robust budgeting, monitoring, and forecasting, enabling informed decision-making across the service. What you will do: Provide financial advice and support to the Water Services team to enable effective decision-making. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all transactional processing and financial reporting. Support the development of annual budgets and long-term planning, ensuring alignment with Council priorities and legislative requirements. Monitor and report on actuals versus budgets, including variance analysis and clear commentary.
