SUMMARY OF POSITION

Reporting to the Senior Vice President for CKB Construction, this position will focus on the preparation of project cost estimates and bid/proposal submittals along with managing the execution of expansion and/or rehabilitation projects for water and sewer infrastructure.

QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EDUCATION

Engineering Degree, Engineering Technology Diploma, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience with estimating software, take-off software, & MS Office (including projects) is an asset

Estimating / Bidding: 25% - 75% (varies seasonally)
Project Management: 25% - 75% (varies seasonally)
