Ensure guest and team safety during all water sports and excursion activities. Provide clear and complete information about excursions, diving, and water sports. Respond quickly and appropriately in case of emergencies. Interact professionally and positively with guests at all times. Explain all-inclusive activities and inclusions to guests. Promote and upsell diving courses, water sports, and excursions. Answer guest calls professionally, offering accurate and engaging information. Report guest complaints to management and follow up as needed. Deliver engaging and safety-focused briefings before activities. Guide excursions in line with company standards, prioritizing safety and service quality. Support team members when needed to ensure smooth operations. Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all equipment and the water sports facility. Monitor and report stock levels, gear, and equipment needs to the manager. Update bookings and coordinate daily plans with the team. Review in-house guest arrivals, emails, and billing to ensure accurate posting and closing. Follow all company policies and procedures. Ensure clear communication within the team and with management. Qualifications Professional liability insurance Good communication and selling skills Minimum 2 years experience and prior working experience in a resort environment in the Maldives is preferred.
