Go to job sites and perform selective demolition. Set, monitor, and move equipment needed for water extraction and drying of premises including reading and recording of data. Ensure proper cleanup and sanitation. Responsibilities: Provide extraordinary service and unparalleled communication Respond to job sites as directed and perform all tasks in accordance with company and industry certified standards. Maintain and create accurate and detailed measurements, diagrams, photos, updates and other documentation, as required for each job, including data entry into systems Maintain a neat and orderly worksite and obey all safety rules and regulations in order to prevent work hazards Maintain work truck in a clean and organized fashion; ensuring it is stocked with the equipment and supplies necessary to perform all work required at designated job sites Assist other departments and technicians as needed Requirements: -Valid driver's license -Strong work ethic -Ability to follow directions and work as a team member in a safety-first work environment - Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to: - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs - Ability to lift heavy objects as required -Must be able to use basic hand tools, such as a screwdriver, wrench, hammer crowbar, and power tools -Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment -Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagrammatic form -Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law
