JOB SUMMARY
Oldcastle Infrastructure is on a transformational journey to develop and scale CivilSense, the only asset management solution for water utilities that utilizes predictive AI and real-time monitoring of critical infrastructure to deliver actionable insights into risks, disruptions, and system failures. Water utilities are facing growing challenges, ranging from aging and underinvested infrastructure, water scarcity, climate change, and growing regulations, with increasingly limited budgets and shrinking workforces. CivilSense adds value to water utilities and their existing infrastructure systems by allowing them to respond quickly to emerging problems, optimize their maintenance budgets, and maximize the life of their water network assets. The General Manager of Water Technology (CivilSense) will lead a team through the rapid growth and profitable scaling of this new offering to quickly build an industry leading presence.
Oldcastle Infrastructure is looking for an aggressive growth-minded leader for our Water Technology (CivilSense) business. This leader will implement go-to-market commercial strategies, foster a top performing safety culture, drive process discipline and continuous improvement, and manage a growing basket of technology and delivery partners, through a team across the US, to achieve scale and profitable growth.
