JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Water Treatment Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the effective treatment and management of water resources for both residential and commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience in plumbing and water treatment installations. They must have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in water treatment solutions and plumbing skills.
  • Familiarity with water treatment standards and practices is a plus.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain water treatment equipment, ensuring optimal performance for our clients.
  • Conduct regular service inspections of water treatment systems to identify issues and implement necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Monitor water quality parameters and perform necessary tests to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective water treatment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance activities, and water quality results.
  • Assist in the training of new staff on equipment operation and safety protocols.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
