Plumber – Water Treatment Specialist
We are looking for an experienced licensed plumber with a strong background in both residential and commercial plumbing, specializing in water treatment systems and well pump installations. This role requires a proven professional with at least 7 years of plumbing experience and the ability to successfully complete the plumbing contractor’s exam (prior to permanent hire). Additional training and certification in water treatment will also be expected.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee projects, guide apprentices, and ensure the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and supervise plumbing crews on residential, commercial, and industrial projects
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure top-quality results
  • Perform water treatment and plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Mentor and train apprentices and junior technicians
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues
  • Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Coordinate with dispatch, project managers, and other trades to keep projects on schedule
  • Inspect and verify completed work for accuracy and quality assurance
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and time logs
  • Represent the company with professionalism at all times

What You Bring

  • Valid Plumbing License
  • Minimum 7 years of plumbing experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong technical expertise in installation, diagnostics, and repair
  • Ability to effectively manage crews and delegate tasks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Physical ability to work in a variety of environments and conditions
