Steelhead Ventures Ltd. is expanding and needs a full-time service technician/installer. We are looking for a capable and mature individual to join our company. This is a physically demanding role that is involved in the efficient delivery and installation of products to our customers.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a good attitude, be reliable and punctual
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Self-motivated
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a professional image
• Comfortably lift and carry minimum of 50 lbs
• Carry a valid class 5 (non-GDL) driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
• Experience installing water treatment systems, water softeners, reverse osmosis filter systems, iron filters is required - 1 year
• Plumbing work experience is required - 2 years
• Past work experience as a water treatment service technician is considered an asset

  Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

• Install water treatment systems, water softeners, reverse osmosis filter systems, iron filters.
• Conduct regular service visits for existing clients: changing filters, testing water, fixing systems
• Maintain daily work notes, detailed logs and required paperwork
• Perform preventative vehicle maintenance checks prior to workday to identify concerns or potential issues.
• Drive safely in all weather conditions and follow traffic laws.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the company vehicle.
