Together We Grow – One Mission, One Team – With a Commitment to Serve Scope of Work:   Under general supervision, performs work of routine difficulty under the guidance and direction of the STP Supervisor and Lead Operator.  This is semi-skilled work requiring the efficient operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Starts and stops machinery and pumps, operates valves, observes operation of equipment and keeps readings in logs.  Operates, lubricates and adjusts machinery and performs routine preventative maintenance and emergency repair of equipment.  Investigates and resolves basic abnormal conditions.  Operator keeps a daily log of activities that is auditable by state and federal agencies.  Uses hand and power tools to make repairs and to perform building and grounds cleaning and maintenance.  Practices and adheres to all company safety and operational policies.    Minimum Requirements: * Must be a high school graduate or GED. * Minimum - Must possess a valid Colorado Wastewater Operator License. * This is a 12-hour shift position.
