We are currently seeking motivated and experienced civil construction professionals to join a long-term, growing project for one of our valued clients in Townsville.

RESPONSIBILITIES (DEPENDING ON THE ROLE)

• Operate machinery (water trucks, rollers, excavators, trucks) safely and efficiently on site.
• Carry out daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance.
• Support civil works including earthmoving, compaction, and site preparation.
• Comply with WHS (Work Health & Safety) standards and site procedures.
• Supervision roles: manage crews, subcontractors, and ensure quality & compliance.
